Flying W Ranch trained over 100+ horses a year with a very wide variety of breeds and disciplines. The program mainly specialized in western performance horses. Many of these horses are in the winners circle from local to the national level.

From this experience, Brooke was able to continue Pete’s legacy, where her home base can be found at BFletched Performance Horses and Rehabilitation located in Boyce, VA .

Brooke developed her niche of seasoning young horses for their owners. Creating a soft mind and body is always at the forefront of her training methods all while providing 5 star care during the training process. Brooke loves the tedious journey that young horses require when starting their career. One of her favorite parts of training is putting the first few rides on a horse.

Brooke specializes in rehabilitation and post rehab conditioning, so the horse can go right into training after lay up. She has been apart of rehabbing grade 4 stomach ulcers to hoof keratomas to managing arytenoid chondritis.  One of her favorite types of layups to take care of are soft tissue injuries, especially after a horse has surgery. Over the years, Brooke has developed a strong network of vets and farriers to provide the best rehabilitation plans possible for owners.

Brooke loves teaching lessons and clinics. Its very important to her to help riders become better horseman to increase the horse’s longevity showing. You’ll hear her coaching shows. She is always thrilled to see her lesson students give it their all. Brooke strives to create a supportive but disciplined learning structure to keep riders of all levels involved in the sport. Brooke believes that hard work and dedication with an open mind will always prevail over talent when the talented is unwilling to work and learn.
